Zero did everything you want a dog to do at a photo shoot, even sit in a tree. Just take a look…
This is Digger. Super lucky guy to be adopted by such lovely people. He showed a ton of spunk during our shoot and it was a fun challenge to capture the action.
I absolutely love it when dogs get their gray beards, there is just something so adorable about it and especially when they still bounce around like puppies. I loved nothing more than getting a shot of them shoulder to shoulder running full speed at me. It was such a great moment.
It’s been way too long since my last post so here’s a little catching up. This was a shoot from back in December with these two very special, very loved pups, Willow and Ronan. Golden Retrievers never let me down, Willow was in perfect photogenic form that day. My favorite is the black and white below; flopped down on her mom’s lap, so content by just having human contact. Ronan was super sweet and had such soulful eyes and he cocked his head just perfectly when I needed him to for the photos.
Meet Lanny. Golden Doodle puppy that is so cuddly, rambunctious and all the wonderful silliness a young pup can be. By the way I LOVE this dog bed she is on, it’s a Pendleton Crater Lake edition dog bed. Who knew they made dog beds?! Love it.
Puppies are typically all over the place, often needing to chew on everything in sight (hands included). This is what puppies do, totally normal. And look, wonderful sessions are still possible. So don’t let the craziness of this stage keep you from getting photos done because they grow up super fast!! You’ll want to remember this time, trust me.
